Marketing know-how, built for small teams.
Gadget Mark Hub is an independent publication from Gadget Mark Hub LLC, based in Portland, Maine. We write practical guides to digital marketing tools and tactics for small businesses.

Most small businesses do their own marketing. The owner writes the social posts on a Sunday evening; the office manager updates the website between phone calls; someone on the team "who is good with computers" sets up the email newsletter. These people are capable and resourceful, but they rarely have time to sort through jargon, sales pitches and contradictory advice.
We started Gadget Mark Hub to give them a calm, well-organized reference. Our guides explain how each part of a modern marketing setup works, which kinds of tools handle which jobs and how to tell whether the effort is paying off.
What we cover
Our Toolkit covers six foundations: SEO, content marketing, social media, email and automation, paid advertising, and analytics. Our blog goes deeper into specific tasks, from tagging campaign links to building a content calendar a busy team will actually use.
Independence
We do not accept payment to feature products, we do not run sponsored reviews and we do not use affiliate links. When we mention types of tools, it is to help you understand the category and how to evaluate options for yourself.
Five commitments behind every page.
If you think we have fallen short of any of them, please tell us.
- 01
Practical over theoretical
Every guide should leave you with steps you can take this week, sized for a small team.
- 02
Honest about trade-offs
Tools and tactics have costs and limits. We say so plainly, and we do not promise results no one can guarantee.
- 03
Grounded in primary sources
We rely on official platform documentation, published policies and regulations, and our own testing, rather than rumor.
- 04
No invented proof
We do not publish made-up statistics, testimonials or case studies. Examples are clearly presented as illustrations.
- 05
Kept current
Marketing platforms change quickly. We review guides periodically and correct errors promptly when readers point them out.
Written by the Gadget Mark Hub Editorial Team.
Our articles are researched, written and edited by a small editorial team with hands-on experience running marketing for independent businesses: websites, search, email programs, social accounts and modest ad budgets. Articles are published under a shared team byline because each piece is reviewed and revised by more than one person before it goes live.
